Space rent is $825.00 a month plus utilities with a 12-month lease and a $1,650 security deposit required. A Month-to-Month rental fee is $875.00 plus utilities with a $1,750.00 security deposit required. We have a community room available to rent for events, a playground, and on-site laundry.
