  • We welcome visitors to introduce themselves and view our community. Our office hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday; closed most holidays.

We have RV spaces available periodically. You can submit your contact information and we will put you on our wait list for when an RV becomes available. 3-month minimum lease required. Full hooks up included for water, sewer and electric. Space rent is $800.00 a month plus utilities with a 12-month lease. Month to Month rental fee is $850.00 plus utilities. We have a community room available to rent for events, a playground, and on-site laundry. First qualified applicant based on Rose Grove criteria accepted. Equal housing opportunity.
