We welcome visitors to introduce themselves and view our community. Our office hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday; closed most holidays. If Rose Grove feels like home to you, please stop by our office and fill out a rental application. We look forward to seeing you! We have 1 RV space up to 37 ft available starting May 1st. 3-month minimum lease required. Full hook ups included for water, sewer and electric. Space rent is $825.00 a month plus utilities with a 12-month lease. Month to Month rental fee is $875.00 plus utilities. We have a community room available to rent for events, a playground, and on-site laundry. First qualified applicant based on Rose Grove criteria accepted. Equal housing opportunity.
